TERRIBLE. Don't know how this place has such a high rating. I'm new to the area, this was my first visit and it will be my last. Basically, I got a $21 bottled iced tea because that was the only thing that was as expected edible. Ordered a Cali tuna, which is supposed to have avocado, asked for no onions. Received a plain tuna (with very little tuna for a $14 sandwich! NO avocado, WITH onions. Dry bread no mayo or mustard. Tuna is bland, no flavor. But I mainly ordered this sandwich to get the avocado. I was going to order an avocado sandwich and decided to get with tuna, but I got no avocado and tasteless tuna. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. While I was impressed with how quickly they prepared our eight sandwich order, the sandwiches themselves were terrible. My granddaughter almost became sick after taking a bite of a salami sandwich drowning in mayonnaise, and my chicken club sandwich was also overloaded with mayo. The staff seemed unhappy and unenthusiastic, despite there being only two other customers in line and plenty of employees behind the counter. I spent over $140 on sandwiches and drinks, and it was a complete waste of money. The restaurant should be ashamed of the quality of their food and service.
Got my favorite sandwich (OG Tuna) on Dutch crunch roll the roll was hard as a rock, basically inedible! Ended up having tuna salad! Obviously they need more frequent checks of bread freshness but still the person making the sandwich should have caught this!??! Especially given this is a $14 sandwich!! Parking: Very tight getting in to the few spots which are often not available so have to park at Safeway nearby.
The manager was friendly and efficient in her service. The sandwiches were outstanding. I would give a 3-star rating for the atmosphere since it was only available for takeout.

The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the sandwiches are delicious. While it may be a bit expensive, the sandwiches are generously sized for the price.
Delicious hearty sandwiches, free cookies, and how do they get that Dutch crunch so soft AND crunchy? Yum!!
They did a nice job on the sandwiches. Sandwiches are a little smarter than they used to be Friendly staff.
Sandwich was Great. However, the staff could use a few pointers about customer satisfaction!
