The people are very nice. The store/restaurant is clean, welcoming and pleasant. The food quantity is good but the food quality is a bit questionable. I’ve ordered 2x from there. 1st time 3 grilled chicken Caesar salads. 2nd time, 1 salad bread bowl and a chicken calzone. The 1st issue, the price online is not updated and they don’t honor the price difference. The 2nd issue, salads were a nice size and but a lot the lettuce was badly wilted. When I ordered the 2nd time, I asked them for fresh lettuce because my previous 3 were badly wilted. They said they will make sure I get fresh lettuce. Again I received wilted lettuce. I called an order for a calzone and a mushroom burger. The burger was fantastic and the calzone was cooked perfectly and so cheesy that when I pulled a piece out it stretched like a fine mozzarella stick would. I called in after making an order on door dash and specified politely that I wanted the burger well done the buns slightly roasted and the calzone a little undercooked cause we don't like crunchy pizza doe. They followed it to a T the service was great the portions were fantastic and the food was the best. I haven't had a calzone this good in a long time I am very happy with this restaurant.
Editing a review that I gave from 2 years ago..I am not sure if management changed or if certain staff left but over the past 2 years the quality of everything on the menu has gone downhill. We used to order from here at least 2-3 times a month and have recently stopped after about 4-5 poor experiences in a row. Staff have always been friendly but the food is certainly not the same.
The cheese steak subs are delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The pizza crust is exceptional and definitely worth trying if you're looking for authentic NY pizza and cheese steaks. Don't miss out on this place!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and it had the best pizza I have ever had. The prices were reasonable. Even though we are an hour away, we will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend it.
Best pizza place in town! Awesome pizza, wings, and much more, with a great staff and speedy delivery. The new menufy online ordering is not the best though.
Yeah I'm not buying pizza anywhere else in Rochester anymore this place is awesome. Only one other place compares silverlake drive in pizza.
