I suppose what I can say. The huh was not the best, but not the worst, which was not oily, which was great. the various types of sauces help to give the chicken flavor and my other sweet dishes. other kind art court with teig away too much. I felt the teig was overwhelming. it can be done by the clumping during the mixing process. So suppe wasn't the best. Great Ramen joint, stopped by on a Tueday evening and it was packed. Luckily I didn't have to wait for long since I was by myself. Great atmosphere, but if you're dining at the counter, be prepared to rub elbows. Quick service though.As for the meal itself, I wasn't too blown away by the tonkotsu ramen. Not sure if it was the noodle itself (perhaps it wasnt egg based but chashu was drier than I prefer. Everything else was great. Overall, great place, would definitely recommend.
Were told the wait time was 10 minutes, waited 20 minutes before asking them again for a table after seeing open tables. They forgot about us even after putting down a name. Only one of us had utensils when the food was served.Ramen was bad. Noodles were undercooked. Only a few pieces of chicken. Very few options for non-pork broth so I got the only other option which was chicken and fish broth which was too fishy. Costco sells much better ramen for way less.

cute spot, just the mood you would look for in a ramen joint. the wavy noodles were chewing and super delicious. definitiw prefers the spicy endurance wheels to the spicy cheesy tonkotsu wheels, but both loaded with beats and beautifully presented. a little on the salty side, but I would still like to be back
Superb experience overall, warm staff, cozy atmosphere and tasty/versatile food props to the pork belly which amazed me), I strongly recommend !Don’t be afraid to double up the price for the beer, I had the seasonal brewed with sake, totally worth it. Subarashi !
Best noodles I’ve ever had. And other food as well. Those pork buns amazingIt was a bit of a late dinner. Arriving in Manhattan late afternoon. But was the best decision to go there. It was busy. But the food came in a timely manner.
