We went out to celebrate my brother-in-law's 40th birthday at a restaurant. We had a reservation for 7pm and found the place to be clean with delicious food. However, there were a few times when our drinks were forgotten and we had to remind the staff repeatedly.
This is the best Chinese food I've had in Plymouth, and possibly even in the UK (and I've tried about 20 different places). It's hard for a Chinese restaurant to really impress me, but this one did.
