They stared at us the whole time we ate!! Every time we got up for food they started me and my kids in our face. They don’t even make it un noticeable they made sure we saw them staring at us. The lady( our waitress) kept trying to take our plate that we were eating and not even asking if we were done. Then I was generous enough to tip $3.00 and she walked up to us and demanded MORE. I had accompanied a work group to Mr. Wok Chinese Buffet in Waterbury, CT on Saturday 2/3/24. There was an abundance of different varieties of food, fruits and vegetables. The cost to dine in was $15.99 plus tax and an added tip depending on how large your group is. You can do take out as well, but your food will be weighed to get the cost. Lots of fresh food kept coming out to the floor and the waitresses maintained appropriate cleanliness during our time there.Parking: Free parking available with wheel chair accessible spaces if needed.
This restaurant has a great atmosphere and is very clean. The staff is attentive and friendly.
Vegetarian options: There are plenty of choices for vegetarians.
Parking: The large parking lot offers ample parking space.
Kid-friendliness: This place is very family-friendly; there are always children around, and they offer kid-friendly menu items.
Wheelchair accessibility: The area is mostly flat, so there should be no issues with wheelchair access.
6 PM on a weekday. Every dish I ordered was either lukewarm or cold—three different types of chicken, some ribs, broccoli, green beans, and macaroni and cheese. I even ventured to try things I usually wouldn’t, but they were cold too. The bathrooms were another issue; not a single toilet had been flushed. I’m not just disappointed; I’m very disappointed. This is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a bad review.

Dirty and bland food. Waitresses are rude. I asked for a refill of Sprite and they came back with some awfully salted water. They cussed my family out in English and Mandarin for telling them this. Waitress was angry over a $3 tip…ungrateful and yucky place. DO NOT recommend!

The food was cold and unappetizing. Unfortunately, I became quite ill about eight hours after my meal. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The teriyaki chicken n honey chicken had a watery sauce which made the chicken soggy n much of the other food was cold.

Clean and not crowded. Food tasted fresh and was hot. Definitely will be going
