Usually my reviews are ones that promote the business…but this one will not be that Review. My experience on 9/9/23 was not satisfactory at all. The employees were gathered outside smoking, playing in their and talking. Which normally is not my concern as long as my order is correct. The employees went back inside to make orders but not one person washed their hands or put on gloves. I waited the usual 15 minutes for my order and it was hot and fresh. When I made it home and started eating…I noticed a long stringy hair baked into the crust. So of course my family was not about to eat any of it. Since it was after business hours I waited to inform them the following day. I called and let them...
They no longer accept cash pizza delivery so im unable to order from thrm since i dont use a bank account. Unfortunately because the pizza was great and now i have to find something dofferent. Always SO good. I love food and I've had my fair share of pizzabut if you want something quick, local, and fresh this is the place. My friends and I have even thrown down on a huge gatheringbefore with a ton of pizza from this location, every one of them loaded with toppings and the cheese is the kind you remembergrowing up having watching movies with your friends, it just takes you somewhere lol Rain or shine, they are perfect They havealways been so good to me from my huge orders to my pocket change...
This location has horrible customer service. First 10 stood their for 10mins before anyone acknowledged me. While a person stood right in front of me folding boxes didn't say word she just looked at me. Then when a woman did finally help me she had thenastiest attutide. No one had on a name tag so ever that woman was with red tipped hair needs to go back though customer servicetraining because she rude. She threw the order at me didn't say a word walked away. I would never eat at this location EVER.
I order online it was so easy I had never order that way before. Because I'm so use to calling in my order when I call to confirm if I did everything correctly online the person that answer the phone was so nice and told me yes I had done everythingcorrectly. And as a matter of fact my order was out the door and on it's way to me. The person that delivered my order was alsonice and friendly my pizza was hot like that literally just made them. I will definitely return back in order again.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I waited for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, while an employee ignored me and just stared. When someone finally did help me, she had a rude attitude. None of the staff were wearing name tags, but the woman with red-tipped hair needs to improve her customer service skills because she was very rude. She threw the order at me, didn't say anything, and walked away. I will never eat at this restaurant again.
Really $50 for pizza, sandwich and bread?? I will continue to complain until I am heard and appreciated!! Wow!!! Can not believe you people!!! I will NEVER order from Mr Jim?s again!! And I will be outspoken as much as possible that NOBODY I know will EVERorder again!!! $50 for 2 people??? How do you sleep at night??? I didn?t think I ordered gold or truffles on my pizza!! Wow wowwow!! And to think dominos charges $6.99 per?.for just as good quality!! Buyer be ware!!!
I have been living in Texas for just over two years and had not yet found the perfect pizza place. My husband and I recently moved to the area, and he was hesitant to try them again because he had a bad experience in the past. However, we decided to give them a try a few weeks ago and now we can't get enough. We have to have them at least once a month now. Our favorite is the Chicken Premier - it is absolutely delicious.
I remmeber my first mr jims pizza when they first opened one up in keller tx, and as long as I can remmeber the pizza taste great and after all these years thier recipie hasn't changed much. Pizzas always looks soo good when it's hot and gooey!! Sticky fingers hands down my favorite and colorful with its ingredients. Thank you for being consistent and delicious you are always ny favorite pizza!

I’ve been in Texas for a little over 2 years and had yet to find the perfect pizza joint. My husband and I moved in the area last year and he was skeptical about trying them again. He’s from here so he’s had them and had had a bad experience. We tried them a few weeks ago and now I have to get them at least once a month now. They’re absolutely yummy. The Chicken Premier is our favorite
