I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. There was a lot of tension among the staff, and the atmosphere was quite unpleasant. The phone etiquette was also lacking, with employees being rude to each other in front of customers. It was quite uncomfortable to witness. I definitely wouldn’t want to work there, as it seemed stressful just to wait and observe the situation!
I visited today and ordered two large, well-made subs. I also got some cinnamon buns. The staff couldn't have been friendlier!
The display of a "Let's Go Brandon" sign is inappropriate in a business setting.
