I placed an order on DoorDash today for two steak and cheese subs. While I have no complaints about the flavor or freshness of the ingredients, I do have an issue with how the subs were prepared. The bread wasn't cut all the way from heel to heel, which made it difficult to eat. Instead of being properly assembled, the subs were packed like hot dog buns, with all the vegetables at the bottom and the meat on top, causing the ingredients to spill out. This made for an inconsistent experience, where one bite was full of veggies and the next was just meat, rather than a balanced combination in each bite. It worries me when you can't even make a proper sandwich. We just received a Canadian club with NO BACON and that's why you pay EXTRA and very little of the other meat. Was just there at 8:15 pm on a saturday. Internet says they are open until 9 pm. Closed, last time i go there.
