Absolutely my favorite place to go for sushi!I took my girlfriend here for a date and ordered the lunch special. The food came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh. Seating was amazing and our servers were very good at keeping our waters topped off, while giving me plenty of time to teach her how chopsticks work. And some of the etiquette I've learned about.I was delighted when the chef stopped by and talked with us about his sushi and his career and training lead him to create the flavorful rolls and pieces. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant with excellent sushi and service. I wish I had taken the time to explore the noodle options, as they had some dishes I had never encountered before. The ginger salad was, without a doubt, the best I've ever tasted—it was remarkably simple yet incredibly delicious. I tried a new sushi roll, and although I was unsure about the inclusion of mango, it turned out to be fantastic. This was the first time I had ever seen such a combination: the Jamaican roll featured spicy tuna, avocado, spicy crusted fish, mango, crab salad, and masago. It was really delicious. They just go hit by a Tornado, but that did not affect the food or the service. It was excellent!! Anyone that appreciates Japanese food will love it here, it is the most authentic Japanese Restaurant in Little Rock.Vegetarian options: They have good Vegetarian options.Parking: Plenty of parking space and it is right off the highway.
Delicious. I've had sushi at other places but Mt. Fuji always hits the spot and I always go back. They also have the best ramen and noodle dishes that you cannot find anywhere else. Seriously nowhere! They may not have the fanciest rolls, but to me they are the best!
They are in the process of relocating to a brand new space. The signage has been taken down, but they are still open for business. Our waitress, Madel, did an excellent job explaining the dishes, and the meals were very good. Food rating: 4/5.
New ownership. Food is about the same- very good. Our food has come out way faster the last few times. Drinks selection is improving. The blue roof tiles inside are great for the ambiance, but could sure use a wet rag.Food: 5/5
My wife and I love this place. The owners are awesome and always let us know about the specials and new items. Everything is always delicious. All the staff are sweet and chill. Great environment and great food.
The service was absolutely amazing, and the food was delightful as well. There was also a good selection of items available for purchase on the way out. I would give it a 10/10 and will definitely visit again!
This was a 5-star restaurant with the old owner. I am not sure that the efforts of the new owners are the right ones (particularly moving into new digs). It was still good when we visited, though.
