I ordered a veggie bowl and asked for an extra scoop of salsa, one of the four toppings I selected. However, I was informed that this would be considered an additional topping and would come with an extra charge. I think there may be some misunderstanding or miscommunication from the management or staff. I have reported this issue to the head office.

I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant! The portion sizes are significantly lacking; a bowl contains less than half of what you'd typically get at Chipotle. You'll end up with a small serving of rice, an excess of mixed vegetables, and barely any protein.
