We stumbled upon this place as we were walking our dog. And I must say I was very pleased we found it. We sat in the garden area with a creek running through it. You could have thought you were in the middle of a...forest. The service was friendly and helpful. The food is prepared beautifully. I had the 'schinken mousse ' with zucchini salad and for main I had the avocado and prawn cocktail. Both dishes were delicate in taste and the combinations of flavor complimented the dishes. I 'm so happy we found this place as we will definitely be back.
My wife and I live in Basel and have been to most of the nicer restaurants. This is a new favorite. Very nice and knowledgable staff, excellent food, and they accommodated my wife's vegetarian diet with really great variety (instead of the usual single pasta...dish option she's used to at many places). Will definitely be back. I highly recommend the 4-course surprise menu with wine pairing. Perfectly done!
it is here fall and many restaurants serve the wild. this restaurant also makes it. the meal was great, indeed, it surpassed all expectations. we ordered circus fillet, it was served twice. first, with birne and spatzle, the second part. was with sweet. the wee fit the flesh. Of course, the hostess was very attentive and well-professional. and of course a French note by l’arte a vivre en france.
I chose mill restaurant to celebrate my high season and I have nothing to regret. the service was excellent, the owners always did everything to make our dinner special. we were served with a 5-course dinner and all the dishes were very good.
