Very clean room and bathroom with a nice balcony. The hotel itself is a bit out from the town centre, but it's only a 10 min walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful and most speak good English so communication is easy Food drinks: A delicious buffet breakfast, but they will cook eggs and bacon if you ask. The coffee is also excellent. Haven't tried the evening restaurant yet, too busy. Also, the restaurant was closed on Sunday, when we arrived, so getting food that evening was very difficult. Most restaurants in the town were closed and the one we walked to, was fully booked, so pizza delivery is was! The pizza Mann is highly recommended!
Nach langer Zeit haben wir die Mühle wieder besucht. Die Küche, die wir seit Jahren kennen, ist ausgezeichnet und der Service ebenfalls hervorragend. Die italienische Vorspeise war ein Genuss, ebenso wie die folgende Rehkeule mit Spätzle und Rotkraut. Wir haben jetzt schon Wasser im Mund, wenn wir wieder zum Abendessen nach Binzen fahren. Classic and decent German gasthaus. Large room with a huge bathroom. Visible signs of wear. I recommend it to everyone on the way.
