Customer service is terrible here, especially in the morning. We went on a Monday (when school was off) to do some work and the lady cashier was walking and grunting as we were standing there. Didn't even know she was the cashier. Then told my colleague that if he was looking for matcha (which they didn't have) to walk down three blocks to another cafe. I understand that customers can be rude but we were polite. I think she assumed we were some high school kids or something, because we are young presenting but we are teachers. My colleague ordered a chocolate croissant and she gave him a regular croissant. Didn't even bother to tell her because she already seemed bothered by our presence. Sh...
I had a disappointing experience on my first visit here. I did not feel welcome and never received my food (grilled cheese) despite waiting 45 minutes. I ended up politely requesting a refund, which was provided. The store did not appear to be busy orunderstaffed, so I?m not sure what happened there. Staff seemed generally unconcerned and unfriendly. It?s a shame bc thefacility itself was appealing (spacious, warmly lit, inviting), but my experience was so profoundly negative that I don?t seemyself returning. The coffee was adequate; nothing noteworthy about it.
I absolutely love Mugs in both locations however, something is definitely going on with staffing. I came in for my afternoon 20oz ice Latte my total was $6.09 as it always is. I hand her a twenty then a quarter all within 2 seconds, “I’ve already processed”. I didn’t say that’s $14.16 back. I just let it go, if you can’t do basic math, please don’t be behind a counter handling money all day especially in the Heights. Latte was fabulous as always but staff is definitely an issue.
Great food every time I go. However, the last 4-5 months least, you're not able to call anymore and make an order or get anyone on the phone. And they also have certain hours their kitchen is open so it would be nice for them to post their kitchen hours somewhere. I hate to make the drive all the way down there thinking I can have them for lunch when in reality, the kitchen is closed.

The complaints of the service issues the last couple months are true. The new owners of this and mugs argenta, as well as mylo, basically got rid of all the good staff and are now barely scraping by with their current team. To the point of having to host job fairs every other week. Go somewhere better than here, like the grind or blackberry, hell even kawaii boba, but avoid this.
Delicious. They were out of potatoes so they gave me a double order of fruit which I enjoyed! And let's face it, it was much healthier. It took a little longer than expected to get my order and they insisted on refunding me even when I told them I was not unhappy.
Place can be hit or miss. Food is like 7 out of 10 depending on what you get but the cashier are usually nice. They also kinda slow in the kitchen but Thats probably hit or miss also. Food rating only comparing places in Arkansas.
Honestly, I love this place. Great food, great coffee, friendly staff, and great hours. My only gripe is that sometimes there are flies. Not a big deal, but also something that could be easily resolved with some fly traps.

As long as you're willing to wait 30 min for your food,,,, this place punches well above its weight in terms of quality as an otherwise low key Cafe. Breakfast burrito is my favorite, w good black coffee.
Best Biscuits and Gravy you can find in Little Rock. Also is pet friendly outside. Lil Bill had a great time.
