We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday at this restaurant. The atmosphere was fantastic and the ciders were excellent, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. One staff member with blue hair was particularly rude and seemed untrained. They took a long time to serve our drinks, provided us with lukewarm water, and even charged us for meals that belonged to another table. To make matters worse, they loudly announced that one of our cards had been declined, which was not true, and the money was deducted from both our accounts. We have been doing to Muller’s since they opened. We love the friendly staff, creative menu, trivia, and the environment. The owner always comes out to say hello to us at every visit. Kid-friendliness: We have been going to Muller’s for 5 years with both of our children. My son had his 7th birthday at Muller’s and then went to Parkour next door. The staff are absolutely fabulous and know our family. They have board games, trivia and a fun loving environment.
Ordered the stiffler Sandwich, which the menu tells me has pesto tomatoes mozz and chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were in fact made of chicken nugget meat shaped to look like chicken tenders. Gross and also not what I thought I was ordering. Feel a little disrespected that the restaurant would treat me like a little piggy who'd happily gobble up congealed and fried chicken slime in lieu of an actual chicken tender. Never again. This restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and a really cool vibe. Both the drinks and the food were excellent. However, my only issue was with the service. They only had two servers for a fully packed restaurant when they really needed at least three. I believe this lack of staff significantly affected the overall experience. I'd be open to giving it another try to see if the service improves.
