I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it certainly won’t be my last. The lunch specials are outstanding, with a wide variety of options at unbelievable prices—I'd challenge you to find a better deal. You'd actually spend more at McDonald's, and their food isn't even close in taste or healthiness. My chili burger lunch special was bursting with flavor, more than I can put into words. The flounder and lump crab would rival dishes from places you typically only visit for special occasions. The bacon-wrapped scallops were cooked to perfection – some of the best I've ever had. And the risotto? Simply amazing!
If you plan to leave a negative review, don't expect a courteous response from management. A woman who claimed to be the owner was unpleasant and rude during our interaction. her main concern seemed to be that I mentioned our server by name—who, incidentally, is her daughter. Out of respect for the server, I've chosen to omit her name here. The owner openly admitted that she treats everyone who leaves a bad review in this manner. When I informed her that I was recording our conversation, she boldly said, "Go ahead, I'll keep going."
I went on Saturday night and ended up waiting an hour for our dinner, despite the restaurant not being very busy. My friend and I both ordered the Jersey Shore dish, and it turned out to be the worst meal we’ve ever had. The mussels were so overcooked that they were crispy and inedible.
