I was a guest at the Mandalay bay so my family and I decided to check out the pool/beach area. We got hungry so my husband and I went into this Cafe but we weren 't sure if the kids were allowed so we ordered food at the bar. When we noticed kids are allowed we asked the hostess for a table. We were seated and our kids joined us, my son ordered food and my daughter also wanted to try the pizza logs and we ordered more beverages. Alcoholic and non alcoholic. So we spent an additional 200 more than we spent at the bar. However when the platters we previously ordered at the bar was ready we brought it to our table and that 's when things took a turn. I was supposed to get picked up at the U-Haul next to the freeway, but my friend couldn't make it last minute. I told her not to worry, I would walk to this bar I used to go to all of the time and then call an Uber. I walk all the way here in the sun only to find out that they don't allow backpacks inside. This isn't a 7-11, and I am not a teenager. I offered to show her the contents of a water bottle and my wallet and she can put it behind the bar if she wants. Still says no because she is on camera. What a stupid rule. I have spent thousands of dollars here over the years and even recognize the bartender. Oh well.
Great service.. charyl was amazing and the atmosphere was very inviting. Sns though the wings and finger meal I ordered were top notch... the French frie side they came with was sad to say pathetic. You get more in a small order of fries at McDonald's... and that ot saying much with the way things are these days. To top it off, I got what I thought was a quesidella meal that came with fries like the other meal priced the same.. but it was just a 13 dollar quesidella with no fries. And that's why the horrible review. Plus the portions they gave with the wings and fingers looked like a large frie split into three.
I have been to many pubs/bars etc. Not sure of costs that place was dead silent no music no TV sound etc, it deff. For my first time being there I might give it a second chance cause the food was awesome other then that r service bottom line this dude had to of started 5 mins before we got there, because of the food and only the food I will give this place one more chance and as well they the place didn't know what beers they sold, like I said after this I live across the street and looking for.a local hang out I will see when I come back if what I just said meant anything.

There were 8 of us. We arrived at about 8 pm. It was at 8 pm. on a week night, and we were the only ones in the dining room. We enjoyed each other's company without interruptions, good food, good drinks. Our server was very gracious. The bar is closed off by glass, so there were no interruptions from either patron. Good pricing, good food. Parking: Parking lot is easy access, for in and out. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of easy access for wheelchairs and parking.
