A truly beautiful property in a great, secluded location, but unfortunately the service and food fall far short of the price. Unfortunately, one of our 4 rooms was not heated and could only be exchanged after repeated requests. At dinner, 2 dishes were not edible and the breakfast buffet was not regularly filled more than an hour before the end of the meal time. One day we were able to order an omelette (which was really good) the other day this was no longer possible because there was a panorama breakfast . For hotel guests, this means that you get a worse seat than people who only come for breakfast. There is then sparkling wine but I would have preferred an omelet. The staff is far too th...
Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars! we were traveling with the mountain bikes since there is no bike garage we were allowed to store the bikes in the private garage. When asked how it is with the food as a hotel guest on the days off there was also a solution immediately! The staff was very very friendly! The food was very good ! Small map something for everyone! We'll definitely be back! All those who have something to complain about we are in 2023 shortage of staff everywhere!! But that was not felt here because everyone worked from 11 30! The hotel is amazing. Very modern and the space is specious. We enjoyed the natural outdoor pool and the view. We were really lucky with the weather. It was a 29 degree sunny day. This is a place we would love to come again. Unfortunately they told us the swimming pool is natural and will be not heated during autumn and winter. Otherwise I cannot wait to visit again. Wir waren am Sonntagabend mit 6 Personen, einem kleinen Kind und einem Hund dort zum Abendessen. Alles war perfekt: tolles Essen, bester Service und eine wirklich großartige Atmosphäre. Es ist auch erwähnenswert, dass der Chef persönlich am Tisch vorbeikam und fragte, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Unserem Hund wurde sofort Wasser gebracht und am Ende wurde für das Kleinkind ein Hundeballon gemacht. Nur wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Wir waren spontan am Nachmittag für Kaffee und Kuchen hier. Die Soßen im Außenbereich waren lecker. Die großen Sonnenschirme bieten genügend Schatten. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse haben uns jedoch nicht gefallen. Sie sind sehr einfach und bieten wenig Sitzkomfort. Der Kuchen war sehr lecker, und das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen wieder und probieren das Restaurant aus. Service: 5
