Unfortunately, our first order went a bit bumpy (two pizzas ordered, waiting time of more than 20 minutes, even though we had pre-ordered for pick-up, some extra ingredients were missing, but then some ingredients were on the pizza that didn't even belong). After we reported the problems described by email, a branch employee called us personally to apologize for the inconvenience and offered us generous compensation. This time everything went smoothly, hence service 5/5. The pizzas had plenty of toppings without being overloaded. We have already ordered larger orders several times and were actually thrilled with the New Year 's opening offer. Since we work right next door, this was always a very good option for a break. But today we were really disappointed. Just because you have to hire new staff and train them, you don 't have to leave customers standing there for 20 minutes and say please come back at half time .
