While we were waiting for our movie to start, we wanted a quick meal and spontaneously chose Murasaki. We were delightfully surprised! The atmosphere was clean and inviting, and the service was fantastic. You can really see that they prioritize customer service and creating a quality experience. It had the cozy feel of a family-run restaurant while still maintaining a lovely ambiance. The food was delicious, and they offered a great variety of dishes. I would definitely recommend giving this hidden gem a try!
This is a lovely, tranquil restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. We arrived later in the evening, so it was mostly empty, and the food was exceptional. We ordered the chicken teriyaki, a sushi dinner plate (which I didn't get to photograph), and ramen. The dishes were served promptly, and everything was freshly prepared, including the ramen stew. I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of delicious Japanese cuisine.
Upscale Japanese restaurant that is always friendly and comfortable. I had the Cirachi Deluxe and I would definitely order it again because of the quality, variety of cuts pickles and presentation. they even included perilla leaves (a first for me). There is plenty of parking at this shopping center and handicap access.p.s. I can remember delivering for them during the pandemic, and they were very nice to the drivers.
Always so so good! Really high quality sushi and this specific store got me hooked on the rainbow roll! you cant go wrong with anything here, highly recommend. Everything is also always well packaged and they include many sauces and utensils for free with order so very very easy to take with you wherever you go!

I highly recommend this restaurant! They offer a wonderful variety of dishes, and the sashimi is of excellent quality if you enjoy raw fish (check out the attached pictures). The staff and owners are very friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable. Food: 5/5
Was recommended by my cousin to try sushi here and I’m so glad I took him up on it. Really nice sushi and a very authentic joint to say the least. Definitely on my favs list in the DMV area.
The proteins in the yakisoba were overcooked. While the veggie spring roll was flavorful, it was highly overpriced for the small portion. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
Some items were missing from my order, and the rolls were just average. It took quite a long time for the food to arrive. Overall, I don't plan to order from here again.

We absolutely love Murasaki! It's the best sushi spot in the area. While their basic rolls are delicious, the Alaska and Caterpillar rolls are absolutely amazing!
The only roll that was lackluster was the California roll. Everything else was great. I do prefer their special rolls. Jalapeño bombs are also fantastic.
