I don't mind paying extra, in fact I would prefer to more for food to ensure the quality is there which I why I was excited to try this place. Upon ordering, very slow service .... the buttermilk chicken burger came and it was cold. Worst than the temperature was the fact it was thigh meat which was grey/pink and tough. I think if you are charging £10 for a chicken burger on its own then you have to use breast and if you are not, then clearly state that. Also if you are serving thigh I would ensure it was hot so it does highlight the cheap meat. We must have ordered from Mustard over 30 times in the last 2 years, it’s just one of the best take outs in the area. Sadly never eaten at the restaurant but I’ll make sure to visit at some point. The kimchi fries are to die for. Chicken burgers are always spot on. I’m only deducting one star because the beef burgers aren’t consistent in their quality. Sometimes they’re perfect, sometimes overcooked. Might need to change the meat supplier, I don’t think it’s the best quality, which is why I always stick to the chicken burgers now. We went to the one in Altrincham, my partner had the butter milk chicken burger, which was tough, grey and warm at best, obviously been kept in a hot hold, I had the chilli burger, stupidly thinking that chilli meant beef chilli, not a couple of slices of a chilli, again it was obvious that it had been kept warm, and not cooked to order, altogether a very disappointing meal for the price, don't get me wrong , I don't mind paying more for quality, we love places like 5 guys which is an expensive burger, but they cook to order and it is totally worth the money. won't be returning here.
Having been to this place many times before the place has really gone downhill. Food took ages to arrive and when it did was cold, pancakes lacked dressing and were just thrown together. So the result was poor food and grumpy kids who were too hungry! Returned the food but the reheated version wasn’t much better. Won’t be visiting again after many years of loyal custom.

Ate here on Saturday night, made a booking but was not too busy. The server (female) was great really friendly and on it! We had a selection of food really enjoyed the korean fried mushroom burger and the milkshakes were great! Not local was just visiting for work but really enjoyed it!
Ordered a takeaway for 2 via Uber eats which took and an hour and half to arrive after promising 45 minutes and arrived cold. So had to reheat in the oven for 15 minutes. Over priced and under delivered. Extremely disappointed. Wanted to support a local business but did not deliver.
Had a lovely time here with our kids aged 6 9. The music is great. Staff are lovely and our kids love it. The food was lovely. But I mainly want to point out that I had the most incredible dessert I’ve ever had IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. The lemon cheesecake was something else! Amazing.
Want to really love this place but disappointed the last Couple of visits. Fried food not drained and the oil very dark Temperature of food not great Used to love it here but won’t be coming again Good drinks selection Child and dog friendly

Mustard accomodated a group of over 86 people for me last weekend. All of the staff were brilliant and they all contributed to an allround great time, we will definitely bringing groups here again! :
