This was our first visit to My Happy Place, and we enjoyed nearly everything about it. The service was excellent, the ambiance was fun and very clean, and the food was good! However, there was one exception: when I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, I was charged 50 cents for a slice of tomato, 50 cents for a leaf of iceberg lettuce, 50 cents for a small slice of onion, and another 50 cents for a small portion of pickle. I can't justify the additional $2.00 charge for these basic toppings. It felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed after seeing the bill. It's a shame because we really enjoyed our first visit overall.
I spotted My Happy Place while heading to our hotel and decided to stop for lunch. What a fantastic spot to eat! We ordered a burger, the Turkey Club, and a smoothie with rum added. The turkey in the Turkey Club was flavorful and delicious on its own, but the garlic mayo and raspberry truly elevated the sandwich. The burger was tasty as well, and the smoothie was great. I’ll definitely be back!
Great spot for lunch, though it only offers outdoor seating. In the summer, being on the beach off Gulf Drive, the misting system cools you off but can leave you a bit wet. The staff was very friendly, and the food was tasty. The menu is small, and I wished the portions were a bit larger, but considering my waistline, it was probably for the best.
Ana was wonderful! The customer service was excellent. She managed to take care of everyone’s food orders efficiently all on her own. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, offering us suggestions for other places to visit during our stay. I would highly recommend this restaurant! The food is fantastic! I absolutely loved this restaurant and have been here three times already! While visiting from out of state, we were thrilled to discover this gem. The food is amazing, and the fresh chips are delightful! The turkey club with raspberry drizzle is a must-try. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely return!
The only down side to this place is its so heavily and nicely decorated, i don't think people know its a outside eatery with sandwhiches, burgers, shakes, beer, migh even have cocktails, i need to try their burger. usually get turkey club and a choc. shake, very nice people working there.
Excellent food and atmosphere. Service was amazing. I had the turkey club combo with potato salad and it was absolutely delicious. Very good key lime pie. And the happy happy cocktail was great too. Dogs are welcome, which is awesome. Will definitely come back.
Great beach cafe for breakfast or lunch! It has a wonderful tropical atmosphere, great food, and very friendly and fast service. Also lots of free/easy parking! Will definitely be back.

I stopped by for some drinks, and my mom had an ice cream sandwich. It was a wonderful place with excellent service! I would highly recommend it!
I stopped by this charming spot, but everything was closed despite the sign saying "open."
