The positive first... my order was ready and waiting for my when I arrived. Parking was no problem. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored for about 10 minutes while waiting at the bar standing by my food sitting on the bar. Literally made eye contact with the 8 people working and not one of them acknowledge me. One girl did return a smile. The worst part is they weren't even busy working they were just standing around joking with eachother. Finally a man came to complete the purchase of my order. He apologized for the wait which only confirmed that I was being ignored. It really broke my heart because I was with my child and she didn't understand why we were being ignored. I hate to say it...
