We found out about My Saigon Tuckshop from a work college and went together as a group - it's only about 7 minutes drive from our workplace and we never knew it was there.My Saigon Tuckshop has a small menu but the meals are prepared fresh and the flavours are excellent.I have a fairly decent appetite and ordered three (of what I thought were smaller dishes) the Banh Mi Chicken, Rice Paper Roll Prawn and the Spring Roll Pork. Tucked away in an industrial estate is one of the best meals you can find on the Gold Coast. Everything I've had on the menu has been amazing and the food is always fresh and consistently good. I just hope that as MST becomes increasingly popular the quality remains at the high standard it currently is. In saying that I wish these guys all of the success as they deserve it.The owner Peter is an excellent host so I have faith he is not the type to compromise on quality.A word of warning, once you go here, you will be hooked - it's that good.
Found my lunch place!!! I love a good bahn mi roll and I have found it. Also the girl sitting opposite me was eating the pho and she said she drives 30 mins because the best pho she has found. So I will be trying that next time. Can't wait - love this little treasure. Easy to park too which is always a bonus. The owner was serving up free dragonfruit as a kindness which was a nice added bonus and he was a genuine happy guy - so refreshing.
My daughter took me here for lunch today. I had a Bahn Mi roll which was delicious. Nice little place to sit outside with greenery around it in spite it being in an industrial area. The food on the other tables looked fresh and I felt that the people were probably regulars. Very nice owner.

First entering the shop, I was doubting myself because of the atmosphere which seemed quite empty and dull. But OMG, once I tasted the food, I fell in love with it. Best noodles with spring rolls on top. fresh and tasty!! It was amazing, a must try!!!
Great find. Not many Vietnamese takeaway options on the South Gold Coast so this was great to find. Beef Pho was very tasty and a large portion. Spring rolls were nice though I prefer vegetarian ones to pork and veg. Well worth a visit for...More
Just returned from 2 weeks in Vietnam and so glad we found this fabulous place. Excellent authentic Vietnamese food. The Pork Vermicilli Salad and Chicken Lemongrass Chilli was devine.
I'm a regular and with good reason.... the Pho that Peter and his team serve is beyond delicious. Always grab the spring rolls as well. Best lunch bar in west Burleigh by a mile....

Just stopped by and grabbed a couple of Bahn Mi (both pork) it was absolutely incredible. On par with ones I've had in little Vietnam (Footscray).
I regularly stop in and see Peter and his lovely staff for a quick lunch snack. There Bhan Mi is amazing and well worth the visit.
