I give this restaurant 4 stars because the overall experience was solid. My mother, who lives in Friendswood, had mentioned two years ago that she wanted to try Myleigh's Cafe on 6th Street. Every time I visited my parents, we ended up somewhere else instead. However, this time we were determined to finally make it. Unfortunately, we were unable to dine in the restaurant because we didn't want my son and nephew to act crazy. So, my mother picked up our food instead. I ordered the smokehouse burger and it was definitely satisfying. There was something very special about it, although I'm not sure what it was. The fries were also quite addictive and a big hit with everyone, including the kids....
We had the pleasure of going to MyLeigh's Cafe on a Thursday and had the chicken fried steak, and pecan crusted chicken. Both dishes were incredible! Not only were they delicious but the presentation was outstanding (I should've taken pictures). Highly, highly, highly recommend!In addition, the service was impeccable! What a lovely setting, calm and quaint with fresh flowers on each table. From the time we walked in the door, we were greeted by Susan, kind and warm, and Chef Penny came out to visit with us she's completely lovely! Five stars, would give more if I could, and the plan is to become regulars.Thank you for such a delightful, delicious, warm and quaint restaurant in the area!
We love supporting local small business so after hearing lots of good things about this hidden gem, we stopped in for dinner. The food was hot, fresh, and yummy. I couldn't stop stealing my husband's fries! The best part was the staff though... Everyone there was so polite and incredibly friendly! We can't wait to return!
If you haven’t been to MyLeigh’s Cafe yet, you should check them out! I ordered the Saturday Special of fried chicken and it was so hot and crispy. I had the fruity pebble waffles. It was too sweet for me. It also came out cold and they took it back to warm it and it just melted all the toppings. The chicken biscuit was okay I wish the chicken breast was more crispy to have an offset with texture to the biscuit and gravy.
Went and ate dinner. I am happy to see the onsite dinner. Every thing tasted great and well seasoned. I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered. We are frequent Grub on the Go customers.Staff members are friendly and eager to ensure you enjoy your dinner.
The fish at this restaurant was incredibly fresh, with a light and crispy batter. My partner also enjoyed their delicious burger. However, the menu is somewhat limited. The owner stopped by our table to check in with us, which was a nice touch.

had a wonderful meal in the Lincoln-Reagan dinner with gouverneur! almost licked my plate because it was so delicious
