I don't usually write bad reviews, but the manager called us liars and hung up on us. They were over 30 minutes late with a carry-out order that was placed 40 minutes earlier. (Called at 3:47PM and was supposed to be ready at 4:30PM per receipt in picture below--You will also see the call log of when we called them about the order at 4:49PM. It took them another 10 minutes to come out with the order) So, we waited an hour for our carry out order. I understand that restaurants are busy and we are more than understanding of that--just communicate with us. You had our number. However, customer service should NOT be dead. Tried this place for the first time last night for a date night. Upon entry we were greeted and treated as if we were regulars— nothing but smiles! The place has a very comfortable and soothing aesthetic and the staff was extremely friendly and all seemed happy to be there (very rare for many places). Not only was the foods presentation amazing but the taste matched and if not surpassed the looks. Everything was phenomenal, will definitely be coming back. Giselle was helping us out and she was nothing short of amazing.
I had an incredible experience at this restaurant and tried the best sushi I have ever tasted. The service was efficient and excellent. Our server, Mike, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, and very attentive. Sitting at the sushi bar was fantastic because we could watch all the dishes being prepared. The sushi chefs, Andrew, Noel, and Esteban, are true artists and make the dishes look amazing. We had an unforgettable evening and will definitely be returning soon. Keep up the great work!
Wonderful experience and food. Very attentive, knowledgeable server. Everything he recommended was perfect, included not-in-the-menú items, specially the vegetarian tempura roll. Everything was beautifully presented and served at the perfect temperature.The drinks were quite good too, fresh and summery with the right balance of ingredients. Highly recommend The Lori, made with sparkling sake….really? Yes, and it was amazing.

I typically do not enjoy sushi, but I was recommended to try this restaurant and I am so glad I did. In addition to the delicious fried rice and PJ Chicken, I also tried the sushi and was pleasantly surprised. The service, drink options, and dessert were all excellent, making for a wonderful dining experience.

Went for a friend's birthday and the food was great! Drinks were on the strong side but still tasty! Wait time was a little long, but otherwise our server was great! Would definitely recommend for folks looking for some good sushi!
The best Sushi ever. Top of the top. Highly recommend it. My advice to you is to sit by the sushi bar. You see how they make your sushi and you can actually ask for suggestions. These guys come up with the most delicious dishes.

The food was delicious and our server, Michael, was fantastic. He even introduced me to some delicious Sake. Overall rating for the food: 5 out of 5.
Had a very good experience in this spot with my son. The food comes out quick and the service is just good. Prices are reasonable.
