Today I was in a Park Slope mood and decided on another gorgeous fall day to walk around the neighborhood and soak it up. I was also in a taco mood thus , Yelp suggested some good ideas especially for places that offered lunch specials: Miti Miti offered but sounded like too much food as my appetite really wanted snack. I'll have to visit them in the future. Gueros on Prospect wasn't opened til 5 so that was ruled our. Nacho Macho appeared and I checked the photos and reviews and decided to give it a try. Over the past month, I've dined at this restaurant five times whenever I'm in the area for work, and I keep returning. It has quickly become one of my favorites, and I plan to continue eating here in the future. Here’s what I've tried, listed in the order of my visits, and they’re all excellent choices, with my favorites marked with an asterisk: Chorizo burrito, Al pastor bowl*, Stewed chicken bowl, Al pastor taco*, Chorizo taco, and Grilled chicken taco. I highly recommend trying the horchata whenever it’s available. The staff are friendly and wonderful, and they wore masks the entire time, from taking orders to serving food. There’s a good amount of outdoor seating and a few indoor options...
The atmosphere, drinks and the service were wonderful. Our server was kind and attentive. We went on a Saturday evening and there was live music! The band was so good and all the customers seemed so energetic and were vibe-ing with the music. The drinks were also excellent. I only wish that the food was a little better. We got fish tacos which were ok (a little dry), the seafood tostada was a little too salty. The enchilada with green sauce was really really Spicy. The rice and beans were very good though. I would definitely recommend this place for the drinks, service and atmosphere, but not necessary for the food. The food wasn’t bad, but not great either.
After leaving the bar across the street, we were in search of some real food and decided to give this restaurant a try, hoping to enjoy something nearby since we were feeling buzzed. Unfortunately, 3 out of 5 people in our group were dissatisfied with their meals. They all ordered tacos and were disappointed with the quality of the food. Two of them didn't even finish their meals, while the third experienced food poisoning from the Al pastor tacos. The remaining two guests, however, enjoyed their dishes—a steak quesadilla and a chicken torta. On a positive note, the margaritas were quite good.

My boyfriend came here to escape the rain for a while and I'm so glad we did. There are a lot of options. Everything here tastes delicious and fresh. I ordered a salmon salad and it was really good. I thought it would be too small for me but it was actually very satisfying. The chicken quesadilla he ordered was absolutely delicious as well. It was super cheesy. Would recommend and definitely come back here!
I've ordered a few tortas for delivery, and they were always a perfect 10/10, so I decided to visit the restaurant in person. I had an AMAZING lunch special — three al pastor tacos, chips and salsa, and agua de horchata, all for just $16 before tip. I'm so glad this place exists!

I ordered food for my family, and the shrimp tacos and shrimp quesadillas were excellent! The grilled chicken Mexican salad was tasty as well, but I wasn't a fan of the avocado. It seemed to be an avocado sauce, and unfortunately, I didn't enjoy it.

I went in and got a carnitas taco and the meat was spoiled, had a sour acrid taste. I had already left and didn't trouble myself to go back. Definitely wouldn't recommend and pricey for what it is.Food: 1/5
