I have been a fan of Naf Naf for years since I moved to the area. However, ever since COVID, everything has gotten smaller: portions, falafel, bowls, pitas—everything! I’ve tried many times hoping it would be better, but today may have been my last attempt. The bowls are now in to-go containers, not the big bowls we used to get. I visited for the first time and ordered the two-protein platter, which included chicken shawarma and falafel, served with basmati rice, hummus, pita, a mixed salad, and cabbage. The service was pleasant, but no one seemed particularly happy to be there. The food was decent overall, though it could have been served hotter. However, serving cold hummus is definitely a no-go! I also found it odd that they used small ice cream scoopers for portioning but wouldn't give you a full small scoop. Why is that? I forgot to take a picture before I started eating. Food was bad, no salt on anything and we asked for shawarma with sauce added but seems that was all given in separate containers. Not sure how they expect us to tear open the pita sandwich and add the sauce and then eat it. Anyway, we bought multiple items and all of them had very less salt to the point we needed to add it to eat some of it. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
The food was delicious and fresh; however one of the 2 ladies who helped with our order was extremely rude and seemed annoyed by a request for an extra pita but the other was very kind and helpful. The food was quite good, although the chicken was a bit dry without any sauce. Fortunately, they have an amazing garlic sauce that made it better. However, the girl at the counter seemed uninterested, possibly due to being understaffed. Additionally, many of the tables were dirty and the trash was overflowing.

I typically order takeout for dinner, and the prices are very reasonable, around $10–20 per person. If you visit, I highly recommend trying the Build Your Own Salad Bowl!
