Inacceptable 2h30 for an order in delivery they don’t even warn each time I call it is shifting a shame to stop your profession really. While before I have always been a faithful client no problem but there it is unacceptable (I ordered for 2 people! The person on the phone does not apologize it’s a shame!!!! You have lost a client and many more!
Timelines are never respected. To this point it is absolutely scandalous. They announce you 40min and finally put 1h30. And the worst is that it's all the time, no matter what day and time, it's not an exceptional situation to be late!!! You don't respect your commitments. You deserve to be left on your arms.
When I'm told to pick up an order at 7:30 it's to get it back at 7:45 big max not at 8:30 I want it to happen once but on 5 orders made I had to wait more than 45 for 4 of them especially that reception level no explanation they do as if you weren't there and don't apologize for having you wait all this time
