I had a great experience at this restaurant in Springvale. The food was delicious, especially the mud crab, Cambodian Style Noodle Soup, and Vietnamese Pancake. The bathrooms were clean and the restaurant had TVs, music, and plenty of table seating inside. However, the outside tables were wobbly and unstable so I would not recommend sitting there. The staff were accommodating, although they were sometimes too busy to fulfill requests promptly. Overall, it was good service and I would definitely return in the future!
Went there once in a while. The thing I like about this restaurant is that it is located in a quite isolated area and I like to quite atmosphere here compared to other fast-paced and super busy VNese restaurants in Springvale. The owner was quite friendly. The food was good, it did not serve the best Vietnamese food in Springvale area, though (I'm a Vietnamese). But whenever I went there I saw lots of Australian/Western customers so I guess the taste suit most people. Love have broken rice the most!
I went to Nam Son after finding it by chance whilst on the way to Springvale Shopping Centre. Its in a small block of shops in suburbia.It is a large restaurant spread over two shop fronts.The decor is vinyl and formica, quite pleasant and very clean.I ordered the Beef stir fried with Chilli and Lemongrass.The only vegetables included were onions.A pity as would have bee really great with other vegies.The quantity was generous and the flavour fantastic.
So i have been here many times, the whole restaurant is clean, service is great and also the food is delivered quickly with quality. The food tastes amazing and is cook to perfection. There is not a thing that i can pick that is bad about this restaurant. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for amazing quality for asian food.

I have eaten here several times now. The food has always been delicious, authentic and great value. This place is away from the hectic part of Springvale, so quieter than many restaurants. It is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly but not "in your face". Go here for the food. The décor is a little dated, "laminex table"-style dining.
5 of us popped in for a quick lunch. quick service. We only ordered 2 entrees and 3 mains with rice and we had plenty to satisfy us all. Lovely fresh food and nice service. $82 for all of us is good value. Drop in if you're in the area.
We had seafood noodles and grilled pork chop on rice - it was delicious. My boyfriend has had the seafood noodles at this place many times and introduced me to how good the noodles are here. Thank you for a great experience!
I have visited this restaurant numerous times and the food is always delicious! I highly recommend the seafood noodle soup and the prawn spring rolls. The staff is also very friendly.
