From the moment you step into the parking lot, the aromas stimulate your senses, making your mouth water in anticipation. Entering the restaurant is just as delightful for the eyes. The vibrant colors of fresh carrot salad, eggplants, tabouli, red cabbage, mint herb mix, hummus, and various other neatly displayed vegetables create a feast for the sight. I ordered the chicken shawarma, which was smaller than I expected, but I was pleasantly surprised by how packed it was with all the ingredients I requested. Whenever I'm back in New York, I will definitely return to Nana's!
My go-to spot every time I?m in this neighborhood! I love a healthy yet tasty option and this place got it right! It was my first time trying couscous (did you know that couscous is more of a pasta than rice? and I love it. Everything tasterefreshing! Love their salad sides, especially Katan Katan. Their green drink is good, however its sweeter than I?d like.
SO happy Nanas is on DoorDash!! Their Falafel Pita is the best, everything so flavorful and delicious, I have yet to order anything that I didnt like from Nanas. Not only is their food amazing, but they put a lot of thought into their packaging as well so your food will arrive in pristine condition with minimal waste!
The food was good and fresh but I won?t be back. They charge you for everything they can. A little sauce on the side boom extra, pay with a card bang extra (without as much as a warning ? . For an incredible culinary experience, Nana's truly takes you to another level! We particularly enjoy the falafel platter along with the side salads. Everything is so fresh and delicious! It's definitely one of our favorite places to grab takeout!
I stopped by for a late lunch and was welcomed by a wonderful guy named Mikey. The atmosphere is so warm and friendly, the food is fantastic, and the restaurant is impeccably clean! I highly recommend it!
Whenever I'm in town, I count on Nana's to keep me well-fed. I especially love the shroomwara platter, lentil soup, za'atar fries, and their pita!
