Hotel guests in a very spacious suite, we decided to try a dinner at the hotel restaurant where the reception had praised the quality of the chef who works in the kitchen. A delicious foie gras starter as it is rare today to be able to taste such a tasty one. Two racks of pork accompanied by chanterelles and homemade mashed potatoes, perfectly cooked, decorated with a sauce that perfectly binds each of the elements of the dish. Food was decent, but not at this price. Some of the dishes we had on the 5 course menu were very flat. The chanterelle mushrooms in beef jus were.... Lame and I love chanterelles. Maybe an off day Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
