This was our first meal that we had had from a Nand 's franchise having for years stuck with another national fast food place that uses a Red Rooster as its logo. We were hungry and and instead of heading to the other food outlets at the Servo (no Red chook store there) we decided to try Nando 's. We were warned by the staff that they were extremely busy and that it could be up 20 minutes before our order would arrive nevertheless we could smell the spicy aromas coming from the kitchen so we went ahead prepared to wait. Arrived at approximately 7:45 pm with my wife and 2 year old to fulfill my wife's craving for Nando's. On arrival gentleman was cleaning in the back, 5 mins later I was noticed and young lady came out and said we have run out of chicken, but you can have ribs. I was speechless, no chicken at Nando's. There closing time is 8:30pm, so I came to conclusion that they liked and did not want to dirty their grill. Absolutely pathetic. Should be booted out of BP travel centre. Drove another 15mins to Logan Hyperdome Nando's where food and service was exceptional.
I have visited this restaurant approximately six times, mainly out of convenience. Unfortunately, each time I have experienced issues with my order. On one occasion, I requested chicken and chips but was given something completely different. When I brought this up, I was told that they had run out of chicken and decided to give me a wrap instead. I was confused as the restaurant is known for selling chicken, so how could they have run out?
I'm not sure why I have never eaten at Nando's before, but I just looked at it as more "junk" food. But travelling with my daughter-in-law she convinced me that Nando's has quality food. So, I ordered their and wasn't disappointed. I will definitely will not ignore Nando's when I see them again.

The slowest place on earth, guaranteed. Don’t expect anything quickly. Grab a comfortable chair because you are in for a wait. This place is so slow. Order then wait and wait and wait.
I've never had nandos before until now and I can truly say I was not disappointed! The food took a good time to get to the table and of tasted great as well
Have been here about four times and had a disappointing experience every time, run by all young people and just doing a job, no attention to detail
I haven't been into a nandos for a long time and boy has it changed Its more like a restaurant now than a fast food place.

Love this place, always come for the good food and good vibes. Atmosphere is great and you can always get a good meal here
Decent Nando's with really good service. Come every Friday. But every Diet Coke ive ever gotten has been flat.
