I recently visited here and unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the staff member at the counter appeared uninterested and unprofessional. She was slouching on the register and didn’t even make eye contact while communicating with us. It felt like we were being ignored, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. Secondly, it took 20 minutes for my order (large chips to arrive) only to see that they were very hard and overcooked (I’ve attached a photo), it was not up to the usual Nando’s standards AT ALL. Worst Nandos I’ve been to, my order went to someone else and I said I’ve been waiting 35 minutes for my wrap and it still hasn’t came. She didn’t say sorry she just said we will get that wrap of that person and give it to you. The Indian lady had her hands on the wrap all over and said it’s not mine to the worker. Then she said she’ll make another one finally, and when that one came it was missing my extra tenders it was just bread and a piece of lettuce. I just said don’t worry about it and keep the wrap and walked out.

Nando's consistently delivers a satisfying meal. It's even better when you can redeem points for it! The only downside today was that the chips had too much salt, making them hard to eat. However, the food arrived quickly and was delicious as usual. We tried the Classic wrap and the surpremo wrap with bacon and cheese - highly recommend adding extras!

I absolutely love it! The chicken is the yummiest I've ever had, and the other dishes are delicious too. This place is now my favorite and I can't wait to try more of their tasty food. Thank you and best wishes for the future!

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and helpful, and the branch in Melbourne is the most spacious one I have ever visited.
