The tomatoes on the salad should never have been served as they were passed their sell by date. Chips cold. No glass for my drink. Staff standing around chatting so couldn’t get their attention. Nobody asked if meal was ok. One staff member with tats, ring in nose and ear hoops stood chatting to a girl customer the whole time. Putting things in her hair, ducking down hiding from the manager to use a mobile, roll cigarettes Never even washed their hands after all that. And no they were not on a break. Ordered food by telephone on 16/03 order taken by Ryan who was very friendly and efficient. Food was ready exactly when told to collect and was still piping hot when we got home. We ordered a large family order with starters and it was absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly, hot and well presented. We ordered a range of burgers, wings and a veggie options and all delicious. Well done Nando’s Widnes we will definitely be recommending your take away service and will ordering again soon.
Waited 30 mins for 2 of our 3 meals ordered to arrive. No sign of the third or any staff but after waiting 5 mins I walked up to the hot plate and saw it under the lamps with 10 or so other meals. The salad wasn’t great after being under a hot lamp for 5 mins and was told that the restaurant had no salt which is weird when selling chips. No great to be honest service non existent.
All good, waited outside after adding details on the app. 10 mins table was ready asked to come inside taken to our table and ordered again on the app. Use Nando wifi as signal isn't great inside. All nice and clean, staff very attentive, waited about 20 mis for food but was hot and good. Noticed the queue was getting long when we left. Overall great thanks.

I ordered a meal for four to pick up. The chicken burger looked bland and had sloppy wet lettuce. The bean burger was more like a sloppy mixture in a wrap with no texture. The chips were cold and the portion of rice was barely a tablespoon. The chicken was dry and tough, making the whole meal a disgusting waste of money.

The food at this restaurant is always delicious. I tried to use a £20 gift voucher to pay with my phone (due to covid restrictions), but it wasn't working. The staff was very helpful, and a young man assisted me in getting it sorted out, which was fantastic.
We were unable to book a table so went at 7pm thinking we would be ok. The restaurant was not full but we were told there would be a 30 minute wait and we left a phone number and were asked to leave and await a text. We never received a text.

Nando’s Widnes is insane, for the past few months we’ve visited frequently and the food is always so consistent. Tom is wonderful too, he’s an asset to the company.
Fantastic food, Fantastic service, host Shauna was exceptional would definitely recommend .
