We love Nando’s as a chain and eat there regularly. The Sevenoaks branch was a total disappointment. The place was empty and we were told the manager had implemented a 35 min wait. Undeterred and looking forward to our meal we waited. We ordered, but they were out of pitta breads. The food arrived cold, there was no fizzy orange and no frozen yogurt as the machine was broken. The whole experience was unpleasant. The service was ok but the general restaurant felt dirty and messy. Nando’s….so disappointed, do something about this branch!
The wait at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. It took around 50 minutes for our food to be served. While I understand that they were busy, it was frustrating to see three groups of customers who arrived after us receive their food before us. My daughter, who has a food allergy, became ill from waiting so long without any food. Additionally, one of the staff members, who I believe was the manager, was rude and not very pleasant. This experience was truly unbelievable.
Food lovely tasty did not wait long for it to arrive. Young girls serving working hard can’t fault them at all but manager needs to sort out the grubby unswept floor needs someone on the door to welcome people as they arrive, take them a table etc. so hence only 4 stars out of 5 but absolutely loved the food yummy would come again tho I don’t live in this area am just visiting.
This was amazing! Me and my friend went to Nando’s for lunch and they were so incredibly fast! I went to get some more napkins, just as I had ordered. I was gone for about 30 seconds and then the food was already there! Along with the drinks. Nando’s were absolutely amazing and definitely would come back again. The drinks are also refillable! Looks it a Nando’s and hopefully I just got the wrong pice and this isn’t a new company policy at cost saving. Everything was perfect as usual except my portion of Butterfly chicken, please dont go down the route to the dark side Nando’s people wont pay £8 for a tiny piece of chicken.
The chicken liver dish was terrible. It was minced up, overcooked, and looked like a mess in the bowl. Nando's used to make a delicious, visually appealing chicken liver meal. It was very disappointing. I would recommend sticking to their chicken meat dishes instead.
The first time my friends and I visited this restaurant, we all became ill for weeks afterwards. The second time we went, we ordered plain dishes and still got sick, in addition to receiving the wrong order.
Pleasantly surprised how many veggie choices there were on the menu. Great service and nice how the Deliveroo drivers are not lingering in the lobby as in so many restaurants they go to a separate window Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Really slow service! Waited a whole hour just for a burger. People who ordered after me got their food before me. Take your money elsewhere.
