During our visit to Middlesbrough, we decided to dine at Nando's as it is our preferred choice for accommodating food allergies. We were not disappointed! The exceptional manager personally attended to our table and handled our order at the register. She carefully supervised the preparation of our allergy-friendly meals and delivered them to us herself. The staff was incredibly friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. Our meals were served hot and in a timely manner. The restroom facilities were also clean and tidy. Overall, it was a wonderful family dining experience.
I found the Staff to be pleasant and attentive even though they were busy. I like Nando’s because the food is so simple and fairly cheap. We had a whole Chicken between us with 3 sides plus a bowl of olives for starters. The 3 sides we choose were Corn Cob, Chilli Chips and Coleslaw. My friend had the Peach Rooibos Tea whilst I just had water. At about £25 for 2, this is a bargain.
The boneless chicken legs, piri salt chips, juicy spinach, chicken wings, coleslaw, spicy rice, and chili jam at this restaurant were absolutely delicious. The food and service were flawless, and I had a very enjoyable evening. Thanks, Nando's! The staff were also incredibly helpful, prompt, polite, and friendly. I will definitely be coming back.
The chicken was juicy and flavorful with a nice kick of spice. The loaded chips were also delicious. I want to give a special shoutout to the manager, Jamie (or James), who went above and beyond to accommodate my partner's unusual food allergy. Thank you so much.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I stopped by on my own before going to the cinema, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food arrived quickly and tasted delicious. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back again.
A fairly typical but bustling Nando's restaurant. The COVID-related queueing system worked well in the summer, but during the winter at an outdoor shopping center, customers had to wait in their cars. The food was the usual Nando's fare.
Not very busy when we were in.food was nice and quite quick, staff where friendly. Was a typical Nando’s. If you like chicken and chips with some spiciness can’t go wrong.
Top quality and friendly table service! Really made the experience a fab day! Lois the waitress serving our table was super friendly. Couldn’t have been any better!

beautiful ambiente as in any nandos. they do not sell halal food. You might want to go to middlesborough, you'll eat halal.
