Came in to a fairly empty restaurant.. I’ll start with the positive, the corn on the cob was the best we had had in any Nando’s. We travel so we go to a A LOT of Nando’s, and work in the industry. We go there for the fun Portuguese vibe, this site had none. Music was non existent, staff were blunt and more concerned with talking to each other (or customers they knew, sitting at the table etc) then interacting with customers. Went to order, and as the lady came free out of two cashiers she just walked away leaving me standing there very awkwardly whilst I had already been waiting a while, why!? Table was filthy and my one year old came away with majority of clothes covered in dirt from the ru...
Today, I went for a quick lunch on 31/01 and I was extremely disappointed. We waited for half an hour before being told that they had run out of chicken and had to cook more. The food arrived lukewarm as it had been sitting under lamps for too long. After complaining, they offered us 2 takeaway desserts as compensation. The service from the staff was disgusting and their attitudes were terrible. I wouldn't mind if the prices were cheap, but £15 for a mediocre lunch is too expensive in my opinion. I don't mind paying for good food, but in this case, the food was terrible and the service was even worse.
Come here regularly and service and food used to be great, on a busy night would only wait around 20 minutes for food but lately two meals which were simple took over 40 minutes for us to receive and that seems to happen a lot now. Food seems to sit on the servery for ages before it’s handed out and as a result it’s luke warm by the time you get it. Seems a lot less staff recently too which probably explains the poor service. Very disappointing as it used to be great.
Had a decent meal at this Nando’s. For a Sunday night, it was busy and the atmosphere was good. First choice option for the vegetarian was not available the sweet potato and butternut burger but the beanie was a good substitute, and both meals were served piping hot which is usually a criticism we have of the other restaurants. Note: limited parking spaces outside.

Second time visiting Nando’s in Huntingdon and a good visit generally all round. Ordered the butterfly burger for the first time and was pleasantly surprised I normally go for the standard double chicken burger and the other main was a sweet potato and butternut burger: again this was a good choice. Have to recommend creamy mash as a good side to have!
When we entered in Nandos in Huntingdon it was damn busy. We had wait for 15 min to get a table even if, The food arrived on time. It was so good. We loved all especially the wine and the chips.
Food was good as you’d expect from a Nando’s. Starter served very quick, and main served in a reasonable time.
Fast service, tasty food, friendly staff, nice decor, clean bathrooms. I am sure we will be going back

Went as a group of 10. Warm service. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was not surprisingly! very good.
The food was amazing, very friendly staff everything was wonderful.
