For the first time I'm in bicester at 21,:20 e walk into to nandos and they tould me for the first time on raw is no chicken .I'm Portuguese and did never expwri nice this in any nandos I went. The worst think is one man coming to talk to me and I didn't understand very well is ingles wasn't good ,and then he walk to the kitchen into the grill .looks like it a chef. And the. The worst think wos I wos trying to order half chicken as meal etc and they tould me on Saturday night at half 9 they no cook chicken cus they close at 22:00 . Yesterday and the day before the same. I couldn't believe it. It's a shame I love Portuguese chicken as I'm Portuguese and the stuff in this place maibe they don'...
The restaurant provided excellent food and beverages along with efficient service. The customer service was superb. I dined with my husband and two children with autism. My son has a particular interest in hand dryers and elevators, and the staff kindly showed him the dumbwaiter and elevator operation. They quickly packed his food to go when he became overwhelmed so he could eat outside the restaurant. They also brought a variety of non-fizzy drink options for him to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to meet our family's needs with friendly and understanding smiles. Thank you for the wonderful meal.
My family really enjoys dining at Nando's. We often visit this particular location for dining in or taking away because the other one near us has difficult parking. We always keep an eye out for meal deals and in-app offers. We love the wings, peri peri chips, and slaw. We just need to convince the kids to try the hot version instead of mild. The more char, the better - you definitely can't replicate this at home with store-bought jar versions.
Food took longer than told. On opening it the meals were wrong, they basically would not change. Just because it’s chicken seems okay to deliver whatever. Food is tasty. Next day after complaining a manager calls to offer a refund or voucher for twice the amount. Like most we took the voucher only to find out it does not cover delivery, if u visit the restaurant u will spend that amount on drinks etc

Tried to enjoy an afternoon out for a friends birthday but was rudely spoken too when arrived. Was asked to move tables and on doing so the food didn’t arrive at the same time. When an order was put incorrectly for food, my friend asked to change the order and the women working would not allow it. Did not expect to feel so uncomfortable in this hostile environment. Will not be coming back again.
We received a quick, easy and outstanding service. The restorant was clean and quiet. We had full platter with four regular sides, sunset burger and chicken Caezar salad. The staff are a credit to the company, especially Mable, Shirn, Andrea, Harry and Joao. We will definitely be back. Great value for money. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
Service was not with a smile, very rude. Came out for a birthday meal and had an awful experience. Food was cold, I asked 2 members of staff to sort the fanta out as syrup had run out and neither of them did, both just turned their back and walked away. I will not be returning to this Nando’s again.
I have just left Nando’s and I am devastated with not only the service but the quality of the food! I have just waited 90 minutes for a brownie which I have just paid for. Missing the ice cream! My food had arrived 20 minutes after my partner had finished! Will not be coming back!

Not the biggest fan of Nando’s but agreed to get a delivery. Not particularly cheap seeing it’s only Chicken. Tasted okay if a little cold. Sides were good but small
