This place has gone down the toilet. Bad service & incompetent manager on duty, dirty tables & very long waits for a simple meal. Ordered mild peri chicken & chips, chicken finally arrived looking & tasting like plain bland chicken. Ordered large chips but they were stingy & gave us the equivalent of a small size, that arrived much later after the chicken was already eaten, only 3/4 cooked oozing with cooking oil & no salt. The WORST Nandos meal I've ever had hands down in all aspects, especially since the food gave us an upset stomach. Not surprising, after reading health department report that fined them for lack of hygiene. Other Nandos stores are much better!! Avo...

This place has really gone to ****. Used to be one of our favourite casual dining restaurants in Northbridge (we have lived here for 10 years).
Went there on Sunday night and first were told it is take away only. Why the hell would that be the case at 7:30 on a Sunday night?
Then they would not accept payment with our gift card and nobody at the restaurant (including the duty manager) could work out how to get the computer system to take our gift card. It worked perfectly a couple of weeks earlier.
We ended up giving up and going home without food.
Love the atmosphere of this place. But thats about it, sad to say. Waited at the counter like an idiot for 5 minutes in a near empty restaurant whilst aervers walked by me. Food came out late, but my "hot" wrap was bland. No heat at all. Never usually this bad, I guess they had new staff on or something. Will not be back again, there are so many other fast food places to try in Northbridge that are so much better.

It was a really bad meal.There was a big piece of cucumber in it they didn't bother to cut it.sauce was smelling really bad. If you are having Nando's first time in Northbridge you will never eat that again in your life. But in other restaurant it's really really good. I am not going there again.
Not impressed with the service. Had to repeat my order 3 times and it was literally just hummus and chicken tenders.
Lady serving also made so many customers wait whilst she slowly cleaned something behind the counter instead of taking the order and then cleaning when there was no one in line.
Food was ordered and they forgot about me hahaha!! It was a quiet Thursday night. **** service and very dirty. Rude staff and **** atmosphere
Who can say no to cheeky Nando's? Certainly not me! It is such an easy option when you can't be bothered rustling up a meal.

Oh Nando's, if only you were on the west coast in the states, you'd put El Pollo Loco out of business.
I would highly recommend eating here as the food is cooked to perfection.
