Whilst the restaurant is not huge, it is far larger than it seems. Nandos does not allow any reservations so we were concerned with meeting overseas guests there. However, we were seated within a few minutes by some friendly staff. It seems you now order things from an app by scanning a QR code at the table. In our case, with a coeliac in the party, we ordered at the counter and items were double checked for compliance. Very professional. The food was brought within about 15 minutes and was up to the usual standard and quality. If I had to make an observation, I was not blown away by the Vusa sauce...I did expect something with more kick but I am probably an outlier. Not much more to add oth...
The restaurant has a good location being near Regent Street and Piccadilly Circus. The place itself is ok, but I didn’t really like the downstairs seating area. The standard wait time is 25 minutes, but usually you can be seated before. There is nothing too much to complain except some delay in getting your order. But the manager apologized and got us a plate of 10 wings as compensation. The chicken was really tasty especially when you add their unique several types of NANDO’S sauces. Fantastic service So I was going for my daily walk through glasshouse street and I had seen Nando‘a with some table’s outside the stunning restaurant I scanned my phone on the QR code and I had thankfully got a seat at the restaurant outdoor food was lovely I had ordered from my smartphone and I forgot to order a chilli jam thankfully the staff member has kindly brought a machine out so I could pay Via his card machine saved me from ordering from the online service. Waited 15 minutes beyond the booked collection time just to pick up a takeaway. The staff are doing their best under pressure, but clearly the restaurant is understaffed. which is leading to pressured staff being rude to customers. The queue was about 7 people long the whole time I was waiting, causing chaos with food getting to tables. The takeaway when I did (finally) get served was stone cold and needed to be remade, but even then felt rushed and was really only warm. Additionally I was told that I should not have queued to collect the food, like two separate members of staff directed me to do. I ordered my meal along with my colleagues who all received their meals. However. i waited 20 minutes and hadn't received my own. When i approached the store manager about this she said it would be ready shortly. After five minutes she then said she couldn't find my order and was very rude. She and another colleague accused someone in my group of eating my order which was shortly disproved. By the time i received my meal i had to take it away rather than eat in and didn't receive an apology or compensation for my time or experience. The manager on the day was VERY rude.
Went to get a takeaway, obviously its chaotic because of the Pandemic. Order downstairs and then be told to wait upstairs in a small space with lots of other customers not weating masks. 30 mins later I asked a disinterested waitress how long it would be and was shortly given a bately wrapped burger and chips which was cold and soggy after my 5 minute walk to work. No sauces or extras. Should have gone to McDonalds around the corner.
Never usually had a good experience with city centre Nando’s’, however no issues here. Standard 30 minute wait for a Saturday night but had no qualms about it, especially when it was more a 25 minute wait. Clean restaurant, very quick food service, friendly staff and no other complaints. No cramped seating arrangements either like you sometimes get in London city restaurants.
Booked a table for 18:30 and when i got there i had to wait for 1 hour. When the food finally arrived it tasted like azz, the chicken was dry, the chips where floppy, the sauces was disgusting. Then i went to the toilet where the toiletpaper was like sandpaper Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
