We usually go to the Oakbrook location but haven't had any great experiences there lately, so we decided to check out the Naperville location Instead. Glad we mad this choice, we were pleasantly surprised by how good the service was, everyone was soaccommodating and it didn't feel like you were going to a chain restaurant. It felt like you were in a MA and PA shop; the waythey paid attention to all the customers and went beyond what's expected of them. Despite ordering an entrée with two sides and dessert, I was still hungry after my meal. The serving sizes have gotten smaller since my last visit. The chicken in their chicken burger was significantly smaller than the bun, akin to the size of a chicken tender. The service, food, and atmosphere at this restaurant are consistently fantastic. It's not easy to find peri-peri chicken in many places in the US, but Nando's does it best. Whether you prefer chicken strips or bone-in, smothered in peri peri sauce and served on a bed of rice, the flavor is unbeatable. The outdoor seating at this Nando's location in downtown Naperville is cozy and perfect for enjoying beautiful summer days. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I had met with friends for my birthday just for dessert. The manager reserved the patio for us free of charge and it was fantastic. Everything was delicious, desserts and drinks, and I was given a complimentary drink also. I especially love thegrilled custard tart...so yummy! I've been here two other times for Nelson Mandela Day and for lunch. Great every time.
I recently visited a Nando's in Washington, DC and was amazed by the incredible flavors. I also decided to try the restaurant near my home and was impressed once again. Although the soda machine was broken, they quickly fixed it. The food was consistently delicious and definitely worth the long drive to Naperville.
