As someone who has visited many Nando's over the years, I decided to visit the Nando's within the shopping centre at Shepherd's Bush. It's easy to find opposite the Apple store, from there you will need to go up a set of escalators or stairs and it's located on the left hand side. Upon arriving we waited for around a minute or two before we were seated and given no option as to where we would like to be seated. To my surprise the same server asked another couple after us if they wanted to sit near the window or be away from the sunlight unluckily for me the light shone directly onto me throughout my time at Nando's. This happened 5th March in the evening. HAIR IN FOOD, RUDE STAFF, UNHYGIENIC and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Please do not go here. I was eating the chips and could feel something in the chips and pulled a long strand of brown hair from my mouth. So disgusting. The staff did not apologise, and the waitress spoke rudely saying they will replace the meal and they seemed unbothered which makes me feel like this probably happens a lot at this branch. We had to wait another 45 minutes. They brought out the wrong order after 45 mins wait. Asked to speak to the manager/supervisor he did not seem bothered he just brought out chips and left the rest of the order and we didn't get the order we paid...
I went to Nando's in Shepherd's Bush with my family, including my two kids. We were hungry and decided to get some food. When we arrived, I asked if we could dine in, but the lady at the till said they were closing in 15 minutes. I settled for a quick takeaway and ordered a sharing platter without the thigh as it would take longer. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. However, another family arrived and was served immediately, despite being told they weren't taking dine-in customers. I expressed my frustration as my young children were hungry and waiting for their food. It took over 15 minutes for our order to be ready, causing my children to vomit from hunger. My wife and I visited this restaurant on a Sunday night. There was a large line to be seated and the ordering process was quite slow. The staff did not seem very experienced. My wife ordered corn on the cob as a side dish, but it did not come with our food. After inquiring, we were told that it was no longer available. They did provide us with another side dish as compensation, but it took some time. , it’s worth it! Lovely place to visit! I was astonished on how quick the service is even though there were quite a few customers the line went quickly. You’re able to fill your own drink and refill it for free! I definitely recommend going here instead of anywhere else. The chips are absolutely banging and the chicken are spot on. So thank you very much for all staff
We visited this branch of Nando's today and couldn’t have had a better time. Marius (the manager) was the friendliest person I’ve met in one of the Nando's restaurants I’ve been to and couldn’t have been more attentive, looking to make sure our time there was as good as it could be. We had a great time, the food was good and the service went above and beyond.
