I was quite disappointed with my visit tonight. The pizza seemed either undercooked or had been left out too long before the toppings were added. The cheese was tough and chewy, like pizza that's been sitting around. Although the crust was warm, it was obvious the cheese had melted earlier and hadn’t been reheated properly in the oven. The pizza arrived in under 30 minutes, which doesn’t seem enough time for proper hand-tossing, assembling, baking, and delivery. The manager offered a 50% discount on my next order, but it feels unreasonable to expect me to enjoy a pizza I just paid $30 for. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
The veggie pizza is delicious! Different story with what I had! I, however, had a different experience with my meal. I got the baked penne with marinara sauce (2 sauces to choose from, meat or marina), a meatball and garlic bread. The pasta had zero flavor. The “sauce” was basically a can of diced tomatoes. That’s exactly what it tastes like. No seasoning, not kidding. The little meatball I got was dry and pretty bland. It came by itself with no sauce or cheese and since my “sauce” wasn’t saucy or flavorful, the meatball was a disappointment as well. I think we will stick to the pizza in the future.
Too many fees! I tried to place a pickup order and was hit with multiple charges on top of the base price. There were at least three extra fees added, and then when I went to pay, they added yet another fee for using a credit card. I ended up canceling my order and went elsewhere. If you have business-related expenses, you should incorporate them into the base price like any other business, instead of nickel-and-diming your customers with all these fees. It’s part of your cost of doing business.
I tried two types of pizzas: Margherita and Pepperoni with mushrooms. I loved both, and they tasted fantastic! As a pizza lover, it was my first time trying Margherita with garlic, and it was a delightful experience! I highly recommend it!

Ordered a large Tony's Special (add garlic and extra cheese) last Sunday. Great pizza! Perfect crust, a good amount of toppings, and quick delivery. Very happy and Very tasty
This location doesn’t quite measure up to the original Tony’s on Tennessee Street. The use of canned ingredients noticeably diminishes the pizza’s flavor.
The XL Tony's special is truly impressive. The XL size offers a generous amount of pizza, and it's delicious!
I polished off an entire extra-large three-topping pizza in less than two days! Napoli Pizza is amazing!
