I ordered a medium extra thin crust sausage and pepperoni pizza for lunch. Unfortunately, the pizza was not cut all the way through, making it difficult to remove from the box. The toppings were falling off as I tried to lift a slice, which was a sign of things to come. Upon tasting the pizza, I was disappointed to find that it was both doughy and overly salty. Even after taking another bite, the experience did not improve. I felt like I had wasted my money on the $19.75 pizza, plus a $4 tip. I would give this restaurant a zero star rating if I could. I ordered dinner for my family directly from the Napoli website, only to find out later that they actually use DoorDash for delivery. The DoorDash driver arrived an hour late and did not have the pizza, claiming the restaurant did not give it to him. When we contacted Napoli's manager, they took no responsibility and told us to contact DoorDash, even though we didn't have an account with them. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to partner with a third-party delivery service and then refuse to take responsibility for mistakes. I recently ordered dinner delivery from this restaurant and had an excellent experience. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend trying the Italian Beef Sandwich and the Lasagna. Both dishes were exceptional and left me wanting more. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again.

Hired Napoli’s Pizza for catering for over 100 people. The food was delivered on time and everything was setup perfectly, and the food tasted great. Overall very satisfied, will definitely cater with them again.
Easily some of the best pizza in the tri-city area. Older recipes, hand made, with care. The owner is approachable, and management is knows their stuff.
