Great take on French dining from a young chef. Each tasting menu had a story. We had the Imperial tasting menu and each dish had a story about Napoleon. Every dish was fabulous, especially the escargot and veal. Would recommend for anyone looking for something interesting but still French. Fancy plating with a personal brasserie-like service.
