The atmosphere at Narita Japanese Cuisine was pleasant, and my family and I were very hungry when we arrived. We were quickly seated and greeted by a very friendly waitress, which was a nice touch. We placed our orders, and since we were a party of six, the wait time was about 45 minutes. The yaki noodles were tasty, and the miso soup was particularly good. However, the oyako donburi and teriyaki were just average. Overall, the food was decent. Unfortunately, the service left something to be desired. The food is horrifyingly sweet. I had the curry and it tasted like a desert due to the amount of sugar they added. Also the pork skewers are not even Thai, they?re American BBQ, also very sweet!! I had high hopes of eating at an authentic Thai restaurant,but this just isn?t it. Maybe there are other dishes don?t have as much sugar? I?m not sure if I want to go back to find out.
The servers were friendly efficient. However, the food was not fresh, the dishes were had an after a bad after taste. My lunch partner I ended up getting sick afterwards. It was not a good experience. Another issue was that as a customer you arerushed out of the restaurant. It felt eat hurry pay leave . The resturant has potential but quality proper diningetiquette is needed.
The sushi was just amazing!!!! The flavor factor was spot on? I have an autistic 21 year old son who never would eat sushi and he saw it and said wow mommy looks good can I try? I was so happy!!! I updated my post and added pictures of my second visit tothe restaurant on November 5th- loved drinking the Cool Cat!!!!The service was spot on! Very friendly

I'm writing thsi review since I recently have visited my relatives in Forest Hills. Food: I got a salmon teriyaki, yakitori, and miso soup. These were amazing and the salmon almost melted in my mouth. I highly recommend it Ambiance: It was slightly busy, but the decorations are very nice! service: waitress was good
I chose the tofu vegetable delight as my main course, but the chive pancake truly stole the show with its amazing flavor and delicious dipping sauce. I would love to see a broader variety of vegan appetizers and soups available on the menu.
Food and service was really good. We often go there to dine and bring friends when we were still living in Forest Hills. Now we make sure to visit the place when we are around the area.
They have gotten rid of the teppanyaki tables and the bar has been extended to accommodate more guests. The is still delicious.

Have you ever had Sangria with Boba? You should. It's a small restaurant but the menu is very unique, you will love every bite.
Nice atmosphere in this restaurant. The food is prepared in 15 minutes, tasty and appetizing)
