recommended by a Japanese teacher, I can only recommend this truly authentic address in the center of town of aix. far from the standardised tastes of the so-called Japanese restaurants you will find here tastes and an incomparable freshness. I am not very fan of Japanese food but I recognize that there I was seduced by spices, algae and the quality of the ingredients used. We feel it's really cooked. We wanted to book but it was complete, so we took to take care and we did not regret: even if we can deplore the amount of plastic used, we can only recognize the care put to pack everything and forget nothing (sauces, covered...à. I was very disappointed in the sight of the reputation and being accustomed to the ramens. the quality corresponded to an instant bag that would have been improved with a good meat. Unfortunately the broth was not up to the height either, being too salty and missing taste. the egg was too cooked, away from the tamago preparation that is expected for this dish. But maybe it was wanted, if I go back, it would be to try their okonomiyaki. but I do not recommend the current ramen.
excellent Japanese restaurant. gyoza, eel sushi and okonomiyaki as when I was in osaka. My only regret is not to be aix to return. I recommend it to anyone who wants to taste the true Japanese flavors. Sushi is a compact rice brick with a piece of fish. there if you take the whole sushi in the mouth, it will melt in the mouth without you having to crush it or chew it. This is a real sushi and it is extremely rare in france.
A little bit of the japon in Aix-en-Provence is a must-see address. it is strongly recommended to book in advance to have a table. The restaurant is authentic, very good quality products and very welcoming staff. Don't miss their rather original tour cards!
