I first visited Natalie's cake shop today. It looks good, based on the images on the website. When I was there, they had nothing to choose. The sugar cookies I ordered come from the Walmart bakery that I know because we buy them all the time, the same size texture and taste. The Croissant Donuts, who served them in any case, came from the Schnucks bakery. And the cupcakes I got for my daughters were definitely from the mini cupcake packs from the local grocery store. NOTE that it was that they made it. The lady at the counter said that the card machine was down and could not simply mathematics, she used a calculator over loading me and still gave me wrong change. I ordered a caramel cake for Thanksgiving 2021 for my family. The service was excellent! The icing on the cake was delicious, but unfortunately, the cake itself was not moist at all. My family only managed to eat four slices, and I ended up with a lot of leftover cake. I even had my husband take some to his warehouse job the next day. I'm a bit disappointed that I didn't get my birthday cake, but I’ll survive! I wouldn't feel as let down if the cakes weren't absolutely delicious. I recommend giving a call beforehand to check if you're open, especially during these unusual times we’re navigating. It’s definitely worth the effort to keep trying! I’ve been craving these cakes since my time working at Starbucks, where I enjoyed them regularly. Additionally, I found your customer service to be very responsive and friendly when I had an issue.

The store has inconsistent opening hours, which means it's a waste of gas driving over to see if it will be open. The hours listed on Google Maps are not accurate. Today, I found a sign on the door stating that they are only selling in-store now. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.
Natalie's Cakes and More have our wedding cake and it was so good!!!! I and my husband were looking for some cake when we came home, they had eaten all the cake. Man, the cake was brilliant that still one of our memories of our wedding (the missing cake)
Amazing breakfast sandwiches. And if you like me and yell the pigs. These guys cook a turkey bacon that lets you come back every morning. A huge plus for those of us who don't eat pigs. A big, super giant keep Kelley's up. You're excellent.
Hospitality is amazing, now that I've found you; schnucks have long lines ??lol... I hope I wont have to wait as long. I enjoyed my Carmel cake and my visit.

I actually picked up a piece of New York Grill... not the best, but 3 stars for Icing.... the cake part was dry. I'm probably not buying another one.
