I cant remember the last time I left a negative review...has to be a decade at least, just looked back at my history, its 7 years) so you know I'm not BSing....Just ordered from grub hub..Not only did they forget the hot dog yes I was charged for it) The onion rings came in a container full of grease inside and out.. The burger was a big lump of grease not cooked to the option I chose) also in a greasy container.. I requested utensils and not even a napkin or Ketchup packet... I realize not to expect much from a restaurant like this but please do a better job nathan's of Commack..grub hub refunded my money for everything so kudos to them!
I am still shocked. I waited at the drive up window for 32 minutes for a completely plain hamburger and a medium bacon ranch fries. All the time that I waited all I could hear were the workers screaming, laughing and fooling around. When I finally received my food, after 1 bite the burger tasted of old food on the grill and even tasted of burnt something, I don't even want to think about it and the bacon ranch fries, what a joke.I will never go there again and if I was you I would think twice. Don't flush your hard earned money down the toilet.
The burgers, hot dogs, sides, and fries were exceptional. The bathroom and floors were spotless, and the soda fountains were well-maintained with plenty of syrup. The restaurant used to be a Taco Bell from years ago, and it consistently delivers great quality. The TV was functioning perfectly, and the staff, both inside and at the drive-thru, were very friendly. I would definitely eat here again!
Been wanting a Nathan’s hotdog and this place is right around the corner from my place of work and I was absolutely disappointed in the hotdogs. I asked for red onions, sauerkraut, mustard, and ketchup which is usually great on hotdogs but they over did it. They put way too much sauerkraut and onions. I understand that prices have gone up, but paying $16 for a hot dog, fries, and a drink feels outrageous, especially when the quality of the food can be inconsistent. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re willing to spend nearly $20 or more per person. You’re better off dining at a proper restaurant.
When we ordered hot dogs with sauerkraut and spicy mustard, they gave us plain hot dogs instead. Additionally, I asked for a regular Coke but received a diet Coke instead. It seems they need to be more attentive to their customers' instructions. On the bright side, the French fries were delicious.
Service is fine, polite employees. It's fast food great fries no complaints. Food was not bad at all and cheese fries are delicious.Good Hot Dogs and fries. Clean fast service. people are very friendly as well.
