Disappointing burgers. ???? Truly terrible. However, the staff was fantastic! They were super friendly and accommodating, even bringing our food to the table. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo and my friend got a cheeseburger. We were mistakenly charged for two combos (but we didn’t argue since the cashier seemed new). The burgers were topped generously with fresh ingredients and came with a heap of large crinkle fries. The cooks did a great job with the preparation and presentation. Unfortunately, Nathan's burgers were quite unappetizing. They had a bad taste, unpleasant texture, and a grayish color. ???? Neither of us could finish even half of our burgers, and I felt sick after leaving....
This has to be one of the worse places on the strip. First the food is overpriced, but hey it’s a tourist town so that’s to be expected. However, they forgot part of my order and the cook had an attitude like it was my fault. I paid $30 for food and I’m wrong for wanting everything I ordered? The cook was the worst part of this experience. Not just with me but with other customers who came in after me. The lady asked if they did military discount and he literally yelled NO!!! She said I was asking her but ok….whoever manages this establishment needs to train employees in customer service. We pay too much for the food to be disrespected!!!
In real time, Nathan's Fries are my absolute favorite. When I'm in the U.S., especially out West, I even order them through Amazon's same-day delivery option – can you believe it? During my visit to Myrtle Beach in 2015, I had the pleasure of stopping by this Nathan's location since it was just a short walk from my beachfront hotel. That meant I didn’t have to walk far after indulging in my gluttonous cravings! This place truly hit the mark for me and made me fall even more in love with Nathan and his incredible fries!
I was extremely disappointed with my $68 meal! The hot dogs we ordered (three in total) were dry and unpleasant. The cheeseburger was inedible. We also ordered four cheese sticks but weren't charged for them, so I can't provide a review. The fries were thick and served cold, almost raw. On a positive note, others mentioned that the chicken tender Philly cheesesteak was decent. However, the service—or lack thereof—was unbelievable. Overall, I would give this experience a minus three.

This was the most disappointing $68. I've ever spent! The hot dog that we did get (ordered 3) was dried up horrible! The cheeseburger was unedible. We did not get rang up for the cheese sticks (we ordered 4x), so can't rate those.The fries were thick, somewhat raw cold. On a positive note, the chicken tender Philly Cheese steak were ok according to other's. The service or lack there of, was unreal. Minus 3
We went to Nathan's on 9/7/22 and had to wait awhile. However, it wasn't the fault of the staff; the gentleman working the drive thru (and the whole front) was very professional and, although he didn't say, it wasn't his fault. Shortage of the staff was theissue. I feel he is a valuable employee and hopefully Nathan's is taking care of him
The cash register and cook today 6/30/22 treated us like family. Cashier asked what I was wearing, and I said it was the old school Buffalo Sabres. Buffalo Bills Mafia said I should have worn my billshut. Woe it the day before. Food was great, great service and would come back when I visit again.
Over priced food that cost 35.66 for 2 chilled dogs with cheese, 1 dubble cheese burger tasted like they were frozen, 2 french fries, and 2 soda drinks. I could of got better food for less money. Somewhere else.

The staff could not have been more helpful! Unfortunately, they do not offer The Original Nathan's Coney Island Hot Dogs, which was a huge disappointment for me. However, that wasn’t the employees' fault.
The hot dogs did not taste good. The chili cheese fries tastes like they were dog food. Truly sorry our kids and us tried them
